Hi everyone. I was curious as to what makes a motor a good motor. And which motors are allowed in LMP cars I.e. rpms and brands. Any information would be helpful as I am new to slot cars. But would very much love to learn all I can. Thanks in advance and sorry if this question has been asked and answered already.

You didn't point out where you are racing, but in Houston, for LMP we follow the South Texas Scale Series rules for LMP and NASCAR and you can use Hawk 7, Eagle or ProSlot 4002FK. Same chassis rules for LMP and NASCAR, just have to change the body. George
